Thank you for taking the time to inquire about the Bay County Car Club Coalition (BC4). My name is Melanie Malone and I am the acting Chairperson for 2012.
I am here to help you in any way and hope you will find the BC4 car clubs, our partners and the community focus groups we support friendly & professional!

The clubs within the BC4 enjoy rolling to shows and
events, and up to the local dragway for some friendly "horsepower comparisons."
With 2012 off to a strong start, we welcome the new
name to Breakway Dragway...Panama Beach Raceway! Visit

For over 42 years the Boys & Girls Clubs of Bay County have been in the forefront of youth development, working with young people from disadvantaged economic, social, and family circumstances.
The BC4 actively supports the Boys & Girls Club and we hope you will too!
